I graduated from the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire in 2021 with a degree in English with an emphasis in Creative Writing. I bring this experience into my journalism so that what I report on is not only informative but engaging to readers. Layout/ Graphic Design Work
Along with my editorial work at Volume One, I also participated in a lot of magazine spread layouts using Adobe InDesign and creating appealing graphic design elements using Adobe Photoshop. Below are just a few examples:
10 Under 10
Volume One's 10 Under 10 feature is meant to emulate other similar adult features like "40 Under 40". For the 2022 10 Under 10 Feature, I interviewed every child, wrote every blurb, and designed the layout, including the icon near their heads and the cover art.
